Project Vision

Scrum, like other Agile methodologies, doesn't encourage unnecessary documentation. It is important however that the whole team understands the essence of what the project or product is trying to achieve. This is where the Project Vision comes in. It should be as short and as accessible as possible but communicate the substance and character of the undertaking.
